How can I order online?
Browse on Samra.com to find the design/s you would like to purchase.
1. Click on the design then on the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your Shopping Cart.
4. Click on "Checkout" botton and follow by entering your shipping details
5. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you with a shipping confirmation email

How do I check on the status of my order?
You will receive an email with your shipping tracking information as soon as your order has been processed. You will be able to check the delivery status of your order by clicking on the tracking number sent in the email.
Can I make a changes in my order once it is placed?
You can contact our customer care team to assist you edit your order if it has not been dispatched.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Tabby installement payments
Is there a cost for duties and VAT ?
UAE: 5% VAT is added at checkout.
UK: Taxes and Duties are added at checkout.
Rest of the world: we do not charge any duties or customs tax.

Yes, we ship to all coutries that do not have an import restrictions/ prohibitions on 18K gold and diamonds jewellery.

Once the order is returned and approved, you will receive your refund within 10-14 days. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as its managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
